ABC Parents is a free programme bringing parents and families together across Enfield and Haringey to build confidence, share support and improve family health and wellbeing.
We provide a range of free activities, learning opportunities and support for parents and carers, helping families develop practical skills, connect with their local community and access information and support when they need it.
Our offer includes:
- Child First Aid courses, delivered by local healthcare professionals
- Dad’s Hub and opportunities for fathers to connect and access support
- Dance Fitness and other activities supporting parent wellbeing
- Opportunities to become involved as a Parent Champion, helping parents support and connect with other families
- Community outreach, information and signposting to relevant local services
Activities take place in community venues across Enfield and Haringey, with new sessions and opportunities added regularly.
Parents, carers and local professionals are welcome to get in touch to find out more, access support or explore opportunities to work with ABC Parents.
We also provide ongoing support with the ABC parent health champion, Health visitor
and Mental health support.
