Cheviots Children’s Disability Service is a multi-agency service for children and young people with disabilities in the London Borough of Enfield and is based at Cheviots Childrens Centre. The centre is registered to provide care for children and young people aged 0-17 in their homes. Care in the home community and Centre can be provided.
Referral process: All referrals are made via the children’s portal by a professional who know the child or young person
