Enfield Town Schools’ Partnership (ETSP) is a charitable organisation committed to raising educational aspirations through collaborative relationships between our member schools and other partnerships. We deliver relevant and engaging programmes to children and young people to help them flourish, especially those facing additional challenges in their lives.
We deliver programmes and initiatives that:
• Improve the education and wellbeing of the children and young people we support.
• Support school leaders.
• Provide opportunities for staff to contribute towards change via active working groups.
• Facilitate professional learning and development opportunities for staff.
• Provide opportunity for disadvantaged adults to further their education and employment opportunities.
• Engage our community: our intergenerational social action project links 15 of our schools with older people living in Enfield care homes.
Schools determine the children who participate in/benefit from our initiatives and access our activities directly.
