A new parenting programme has been commissioned for families of children aged 0-5 living in Enfield.
The aim of the HENRY programme is to support families to give their child the best possible start in life by providing them with the tools and skills they need for a healthy happy lifestyle.
It covers topics on parenting confidence, physical activity for little ones, family lifestyle habits, what children and families eat and enjoying life as a family over 8 weeks and provides everything families need to help get their little one(s) off to a great start.
Families with children aged 0-5 living in Enfield can join HENRY for free. We are currently recruiting for our face to face programmes. To book on please email HENRY@enfield.gov.uk.
