Pregnancy in Mind: Preventative mental-health service designed to support parents-to-be who are at risk of, or currently experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety and depression during their pregnancy (Online).

Letting The Future In: Designed to help children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse rebuild their lives (Sessions take place in Camden, Enfield residents are eligible)

 

CAMPAIGNS (National):

Talk PANTS: UK-wide campaign aiming to protect children from sexual abuse by encouraging parents, carers and professionals to have age-appropriate conversations with children to keep them safe.

Listen Up Speak Up: A campaign designed to empower adults with a little bit of knowledge to help keep children safe.

Look, Say, Sing, Play: Fun and easy tips to help parents support babies’ brain development.

Online workshops: Free online workshops for individual parents or groups.

 

SCHOOLS:

Speak Stay Safe: Safeguarding programme for children aged 5 to 11 years old, helping children recognise abuse, understand it is never a child’s fault, and know where to get help.

Talk Relationships: Resources supporting UK secondary schools to confidently deliver inclusive sex and relationship education.

Childline: Service for children and young people when they need support or advice.

Helpline: Service for adults who may be concerned about a child.
