We are a community-based organisation working across the whole of EN3 area. We have a clear vision of community, seeking to reconnect people to each other and to the services they need. The Community Hub is actively engaged in creating a community that is characterised by trust, safety, cohesion, mutual support, vibrancy, health and opportunity. We strive to ensure individuals feel included, connected and are supported to develop the skills to make positive decisions.
We support children, families and local residents to make positive changes in their lives and community. We can offer support in the following areas: education, housing, justice, benefits, youth provision, children’s activities, food and energy
The services we offer are:
Referral Process: Word of mouth, school referrals, hospital referrals, LA referrals. We accept referrals by phone, email or via our forms
