Enfield’s PEN is a network of local parents that meet on a regular basis and play an active role in local children’s and young people’s services. The PEN provides parent-to-parent information, advice and positive help to any parents who need some additional support. They also are involved in several strategic groups at the Local Authority giving them the opportunity to represent the views of Enfield parents, and influence service delivery.
There are also Parent Champions who are comprehensively trained to offer advice, information, and support to local parents in Enfield
