Integrated Community/Family Hub  ( Mental wellbeing and social care support)

A one stop shop care support hub for children, Young people, Service users/carer and families experiencing emotional, mental and psychological wellbeing issues within London boroughs of Enfield  and Haringey.

Services provided includes:

• Holistic assessment
• Early intervention
• Advocacy support service
• Mediation
• Mentoring
• Talking therapy/counselling
• Information and Advice
• School engagement
• Parental and family support
• Community Engagement
• Training ( e.g. young people, professionals etc.)
