WO CONSULTANCY specialises in community engagement, meaningful participation and social inclusion. We have a strong ethical approach and values, with an emphasis on being inclusive, representing the local community and providing positive opportunities.
Our projects, programmes and workshops consist of the following:
- Over 50’s Job Club – Works with residents of Enfield who are unemployed and supports them to remove barriers that are preventing them from finding employment. The project is supported by a team of trained volunteers who provide one-to-one support. The Job Club operates as drop-in sessions which run twice a week in Enfield Town Library on a Tuesday and Edmonton Green Library on a Wednesday 10am-1pm
- Enfield Digital Skills – Our aim is to improve digital literacy by providing access to non-vocational courses and workshops, design courses that are accessible and easy to use e.g. smartphone photography. Support community members to not only learn but also become independent and improve their digital skills so that they can access online services.
