We are a multi-skilled team of mental health professionals providing intensive care and support in patients homes as an alternative to acute inpatient admission.
Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Provides an urgent outreach service, assessing service users, wherever they are at the point of referral e.g. GP surgery, A&E, their own home etc.
Condition: Addictions, Anxiety, Bi-polar Disorder, Dementia, Depression, Panic, Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Psychotic Depression and Schizophrenia
Access to Enfield Crisis Team is via Crisis Telephone Service (CTS) – for self-referrals.
